Cross Country

One of my favorite memories is going to cross country meets. Always fun and spirited, it was the lesson Mr. St. Clair taught at the end that touched my heart. He had a rule that nobody should have to be the last runner coming in by themselves. The students had to go back on the course and encourage and support the runners at the end as they came in. This was true if the runners were from CDS or another school.
