Add a Memory

Submission of a memory to the Time Capsule constitutes an agreement on the part of the entrant granting permission to Community Day School to display the memory including entrant's display name, memory title, memory description, and all information and images and/or, videos, video links, and documents on the Community Days School Time Capsule website, on social media, in print, and in other Community Day School materials,. Community Day School has the right to produce reprinted images and content in any format Community Day School chooses. Checking this agreement acknowledges that the memory content is your own, and any photographs and/or other media are your own work, and that the subject(s) mentioned in the piece have given their consent to the submission of this content and imagery and/or other media. Further, the entrant acknowledges that not all submitted content, images or other media may be chosen and used by Community Day School. Submissions may be omitted for any reason but may include purposes of length, duplication of/or similar content and/or time submission. Errors and omission of a memory, as supplied by the entrant are not the liability of Community Day School.
